Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting Michele Art Collective. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged with great care. Please read the following information regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Original Artwork

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the packaging and damage

  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Prints

Prints are produced to order through our professional fulfilment partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Colour variations caused by screen settings

However, if your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order details so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials where possible, as these may be required for claims with the shipping carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Digital downloads

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Sale or discounted items

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production or dispatch may already have begun.

European Union Customers

Customers within the European Union are entitled to certain rights under EU consumer protection legislation.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel and return purchases made online. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications, personalised, or produced to order.

  • Original Artwork

Original artworks sold by Michele Art Collective are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces created by the artist. Due to their individual nature, original artworks are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal and are therefore non-returnable, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Made-to-Order Prints

All art prints are professionally produced to order through our fulfilment partner. As made-to-order products, these items are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off period and cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
